Welcome to my Blog!

I told myself in 2021 I would start a blog as one of my pandemic resolutions, so better late than never, right? As a 23-year-old, my only real responsibility besides my day job is figuring out how to spend my time when I'm not working. I've learned a lot during the last 6 years academically, professionally, and socially and I think it's my turn to share. I want to share some of the lessons I've learned, in addition to my current experiences and things that I am still learning constantly.

I don't have a real plan for this blog and will be figuring it out as I go. What I do know is that I've gained a lot of knowledge from blogs written by people in the tech community and I think I can share some insights from my own experiences. One of my favorite aspects of the tech community is how open people are about their experiences and how they share advice on what worked for them. I think transparency and openness is the first step to creating an inclusive and diverse community.

It is important to keep in mind that I will be speaking from my own experiences and from my own point of view. I am not an expert, so please remember that when reading my future blog posts.
